Company History

 

1998 – The beginnings of the company dates back to 1998 when Alutechnik-Koptyński company was formed. The company dealt in aluminium and steel structures.

 

2004 - The company was transformed into Dekobau Sp. z o.o. employing four people.

 

2005 – The staffing level increased to 12 skilled workers responsible for manufacture of steel and wooden structures as well astheatrical scenery.

 

2007 – The registered office of the company was transferred to Ścinawska Street in Lubin, and the Advertising Department was formed.  

 

2007 – March. Special equipment for manufacture of advertising was bought such as a cutting plotter for foil (width: 1.2 m), a thermal plotter for Styrofoam (length: 2 m).

 

2007 – July. The company bought a SOLVENT Printer Plotter 3.2 m and a special Waterjet Cutting Machine

 

2007 – November. The company expanded its business activity to include: renting of stage structures and equipment for outdoor events as well as manufacture of trade fair stands.

2008 – January. The number of employees increased to 30. The employees of the company engaged in creating various structures, elementsof scenery and all kinds of advertisements.

 

2008 – February. The machinery park was expanded to include another solvent plotter: Mutoh and another thermal (penta-wire)plotter, length; 4 m.

 

2008 – May. The purchase of a spray booth.

 

2008 – the second part of 2008 and the first part of 2009 – Formation and development of a car fleet to meet the needs of the developing company.

 

2009 – February. The purchase of a movable stand for 200spectators and stage equipment such as: sound system, lighting, a generator,etc.; constructing portable stage platforms.

 

2009 – May. Extending the car fleet to include a lorry with HDS loading crane.

 

2009 – The whole year. Large scale investments concerning the machinery park, including the purchase of welders, drilling machines, milling machines, etc.

2010 –Dekobau Sp. z o.o. becomes the leading Polish company manufacturing theatricaland opera scenery.
